Though often lumped in with the San Francisco movement, this mix CD from New York's Joeski & Onionz is no strict West Coast affair; the tough edges and dubbed out tribalism of Joeski’s mix nicely compliments the more vocal and latino vibe of Onionz’ 74 minute selection. Both mixes reflect the eclecticism of New York’s current house scene and is a great introduction to the producers, labels & genres on offer over these two discs. A variety of Worldwide talent appear on this double mix CD, from Joey Negro, Jon Cutler & David Alvarado to Ron Trent, Mr G and Blakkat.
