San Francisco deep house hero, Miguel Migs, heads the opening line-up of NRK's sizzling autumn schedule. And for lovers of Miguel's dub reggae influenced slick house music, 'Dubplate Sessions' will not disappoint! Keeping in tradition with the reggae labels of old, 'Dubplate Sessions' is only available on an extremely limited edition 10" dubplate. 'Bump Selecta' is split into two mixes; the 'Dub Selecta' Mix and the 'Migs Rub A Dub' Mix. The first mix features the low slung bassline & crisp percussion that Migs aficionados will relish whilst the 'Rub A Dub' mix is a more stripped down tribal affair with a deep Rhodes chord and echoed effects .

Rob's 'No Ears' Mix is an outstanding electronic house mix that will appeal to those currently turned on by the analogue house resurgence. Due for release as a 12" in the Summer, 'You Know' will be backed with a Jamie Anderson remix of 'Freefalling'.

Originally out on Jeannie's Liquid Sound Lounge label, 'Guiding Light' gets a reissue with brand new mixes from Pete Heller. Spread over two discs, Heller has turned in a 'Main Mix' and a 'Dub' alongside a handy Space-A-Pella. Spacious and dubby yet with a tight, electronic edge, Pete’s mixes should be holding their own in any DJ sets. Also included on this package are two of the Original mixes; the almost broken beat skip of the “Saturn Dub” and the beautiful “Moon Dust Mix” that graced DJ Garth’s nite:life 07 mix comp last year.

The second single to be taken from the Audio Soul Project album, "Community"; the title track, gets remixed by NY legends François K & Rob Rives whilst "Everything Is Alright", gets remixed by Italy's Ricky Montanari and Audio Soul Project himself. Spread over two discs, Francois & Rob have turned in a couple of outstanding remixes, utilising Ron Carroll's spoken word vocal, and bringing in extra percussion for two deep & long mixes. Their 'Main Vocal Mix' is backed by a new Audio Soul mix of 'Everything Is Alright' on NRK065 whilst Ricky Montanari's robotic house mix of 'Everything...' is released on NRK065R along with François & Rob's Dub Mix of 'Community'. Essential!

Ian Pooley – The I.P Series

Ian Pooley has thrown some unadulterated funkiness back into the house scene of late. His coloured vinyl trio-logy on NRK has set tongues wagging and dance-floors shuffling over the last three months. It seems that the acid house vibe has been single handedly revived by Mr. Pooley. Released on limited edition coloured vinyl, these collectors items sold out within days of their release, and so it has been decided to bring all three EPs together on one handy CD.

Ian Pooley – Fly Shuffle/Missing You/Ready To Flow

The Original 12”s have now been re-pressed on regular black vinyl. Ian Pooley returns to his roots with the acid frenzy of 'The Fly Shuffle'. A solid disko swing and a funky slap bass keeps the track moving whilst the 303 bassline will buzz around your head for weeks!
'Missing You' sees Ian capture the golden age of 80's grooves; two mixes of funky synth bizzness with some heavy heavy drums and cut up vocals.
'Ready To Flow' takes Ian back to the early 90's with an Maurice style house stab, slight touches of 303 and a incessant chant to get 'ready to flow'! On the flip, 'Quatro' is classic Pooley, with a cheeky bass riff over jackin' beats and a sample of a Spanish number count.
